Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hello to Amelia,
Unfortunately, I could not find a solution to my problem, that's why I'm writing to you.
From January 2025, we are changing our service offer. The existing ones will disappear and new services will be created. But we would already need to enable reservations for new services for 2025. So is it possible to split the booking dates for this year and old services and new services for 2025?
The only way I can think of is to create a new worker, set his working days from January 2025. And for the old worker, limit the working days to the end of 2024. But I would like to avoid this, because the worker remains the same and uses Amelia's connection with several other services. That's why I don't want to set everything up again.
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Stanislav
Hello Stanislav,
Thank you for reaching out.
At the moment, the only solution is to create a new worker for the new services starting in January 2025, while limiting the working days of the existing worker to the end of 2024. This way, you can separate the bookings for the old and new services without affecting the existing setup.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with this process, feel free to reach out.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
