I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently using the Amelia Lite version for my Sports Platform. I have created a category named "E-Sports" with 4 services (Court 1, Court 2, Court 3, and Court 4), all assigned to a single provider. However, when a customer books Court 1 at a specified time say 2 PM, all other courts are greyed out and appear as unavailable for the same time.

I would appreciate any guidance you can provide to resolve this issue.

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is because you have only one employee with lite version. And to prevent double booking employee can only work on one appointment at a time. With full version you can create 5 employees for example and then customers can book 5 different services at the same time.
