    I bought the plugin and created a form, 
    I went to 
    settings > general > default appointment status > approved 
    But every time that cx book an appointment its pending 

    I have a garage door repair business with several technicians. I am not interested in customers choosing which technician they want, i want them only to set a date and time and we will decide which technician will handle it. 

    I defined one employee, one category, and 5 services. 

    I tried to define according to the tutorials that if, for example, someone made an appointment for service number 1 on Sunday between 8-10 am, another 9 other customers will be able to make the same appointment for the same service and the same times but when someone tries to make an appointment for Sunday between 8-10 for service 2/3/4 he can'tt and I couldn't solve it

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Check what you set for minimum capacity for that service. If for example minimum capacity is 3 first 2 customers will get pending status and once 3rd customer books then all 3 customers will get approved notification
    2. Check also status if the services in services edit service settings
    3. Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. If 1 emplyoee is booked from 08 to 10 then no booking can be made after that appointment starts. If you have 5 technician then you need to create 5 employees and set their work hours in their employee work hours. You can hide the employee field in customize section
