Hi again! Is there an automatic way for a client who is on the waiting list of an event, to receive a notification when someone cancels their booking and therefore a slot is available in the event? So that the client on the waiting list can access the event and confirm whether he/she is still interested in booking the slot, or not. Thanks in advance!
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. You can read this in our documentation on this link https://wpamelia.com/waiting-list/ that the process is not automated, so you need to manually approve a customer on the waiting list for them to move to the approved attendees. This is how it works at this time.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
