Thanks for reaching out to us. By default, Amelia always creates Amelia Customer when the booking is completed, but you can disable this option "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in User Role settings. This wont tell Amelia to create a WP user with Amelia Customer user role, it will be only created as Amelia Customer.

How can I disable all account options voor the visitors/customers? So they cannot create and login with an account.
