This answers the question but does not resolve the issue.
My client needs to log in as Editor to edit her pages. Of course she wants to use the same account to administer her appointments. To have different accounts and having to use a different login depending on what she wants to do is confusing for me and will be even more so for her. I'm afraid she might be looking for a different solution if this cannot be fixed.
Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, that is indeed the only workaround: using separate accounts for administrative access (Editor role) and for employee access. I understand this may be inconvenient, but it's currently the limitation of the plugin.
