In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    about the SMS: what is the cost in Denmark to Denmark ?
    and I have upgraded version of amelia like I have standard version and I want to make a booking form using custom fields but I don't know how to create a new form using custom Fields Please help.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Cost of SMS is $0.0786
    2. You can add custom fields to a booking just by creating them 
    3. When you upgrade license this is not done automatically you need to manually upgrade license also but since you have opened a ticket with Starter license purchase code we can not very you license so we can not send it to you here.

      You can download Amelia from your profile in our store. 

      We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.

      Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled. 

      Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

      When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
