Thanks for reaching out to us. This can be only configured per service. For each service you can configure the minimum and maximum capacity, but not per employee. In your use case, you would need to create two separate services (morning/afternoon) and assign two separate employees to both services. Since the employee work hours are those that control the availability of timeslots, you would need to configure them, as well.
For example I have a service ( location in my case ) I will create a 2 separate service for that location which has 2 different time ( morning and afternoon ) ? At the moment I set it up with just one service with just 2 different working times . So this setup is incorrect ? I set the max to 6 , so in my setup if all 6 appointments was used up in the morning , afternoon cannot be book , right ?
Please let me know .
P.S. I also have one employee . Can I create with the same employee but just different working time ?
Having one service with two employees will work, but you wont be able to configure the minimum and maximum capacity, since, as explained previously, there is no option to configure this per employee, but per service. That would mean that the capacity options would be applied to both morning and afternoon sessions. In that case, you can create two separate services with two separate employees (assign each employee to each service) and then configure the morning and afternoon sessions along with the capacity for each service.
Hi Stefan . Thanks for your reply . Sorry if this is something confusing .
This is the scenario . I have only one employee having this training as an instructor ( Scuba Diving ) . I understand that we can't configure the employee for min / max capacity in this case . So I have to create a 2 service for each location ( morning and afternoon ) , but the question is , can I assign the "SAME" employee ( dive master ) for each service , or can I just create a 2 employee with "SAME" person and assign them employee 1 morning and employee 1 afternoon ( take note that this employee with 2 account as employee is just one and same person ) ?
Yes, you can assign one employee to two services, as well. If your main goal is to have a different capacity for services, this doesn't affect the employee assigned. The reason why I suggested having two employees is because you will have more "control" over the work hours for both services. When you assign just one employee, you would need to configure the employee work hours for both services in employee settings. That means you would need to assign the work hours for both morning and afternoon sessions.
It was one employee before with time slots for morning and afternoon , though the max capacity will now compromise because if morning already booked 6 max capacity It cannot booked 6 appointments on afternoon slot .
Yes, you are right. I forgot to mention that the timeslots are then applied to one employee, which means that the employee is "shared" between two services. In theory, that means if one timeslot for service 1 is booked, the same timeslot won't be available for service 2 since the employee is already working on it.
Hello .
I have 2 shifts for my booking ( morning / afternoon ) .
I want to set a maximum appointment ( 6 person pero appointment ) . Where can I set that up ? Or can you please guide me how to set that up ?
Thanks .
