Events say they have been successfully added. They are added to the google calendar but are not showing up on the amelia events page in the back or the front. We have updates WP and Amelia. We have tried viewing and adding events from in incognito in case of a browser issue. We have even tried from two different computers in different states. Any idea what the issue may be? Services load fine.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Thank you for the quick reply. It seems to have fixed itself overnight while I was sleeping. I suppose it was just a glitch but to answer your question there were no other employees with the same email. I left this public to help others however I don't think it will be much help since it fixed itself. LOL
