Work Hours Emplyee ignored from system since last updates

    We don't have touch the system since month - only updates. Now it is possible to book appointments in lunch time of employee - the system is complete ignore the Work Hours of the the one and only employee. Chnage the global hours or the employee working hours have no effect - it looks like the connection to this datas are broken. We have also delete complete Wednesday from employee - but we can still book appointments on Wednesday. It looks like the plugin ignore all this settings complete. And yes we have save the work-hour and also press the save button on the bottom right side - so two buttons. We have checked after each changes if this ae on the overview of the work hours of the edmployee and then we have make online appointments... total buggy - looks like hardcoded.

    I have test it again and nothing changes - i can not deactivate the working-day Wednesday - and more an dmore customer book appointments on Wednesday in luch-time of employee - i have delete global- work hours for Wednesday - no changes - customer can still book wednesday.

    Now we have test again - if we change on Monday any timeslots - looks like it works. But if we change the Wednesday - it ignore all. We have delete complete Work-Hours Global on Wednesday also for Employee - still we can book appointments on this Day. Then we have set only Work-Hour on Wednesday from 09:30 to 12:00 and cusotmer can book from 12:00 to 13:00 and 13:00 to 14:00. See screenshots

    Hello,

    i have installed Update - but nothing changes. I have also test to delete the Wednesday again on Global Work Hours and for the the one and only Employee. See screenshot. But can still book appointments on Wednesday.

    It sounds like there might be an issue with caching that’s preventing the changes to your employee's work hours from being reflected properly. I recommend clearing your cache and testing it again. Here's what you can do:

    1. Clear Your Browser Cache: Ensure you're viewing the most up-to-date version of the website.
    2. Clear Plugin Cache: If you're using any caching plugins, clear their cache as well.

    Once that's done, please test it again to see if the changes take effect. Let me know if you're still facing the issue after that.

    I can change any day except the Wednesday.

    It is not the Browser  or Cache i delete it every test- i can use any computer - here please look at the appointment on Wendnesday the 9th April

    You see 12:00-13:00 and 13:00 to 14:00 and i can not delete this in amelia settings!

    Show all the screenshots i send you - i can delete Global Work hour and Employee Work hour complete and the timeslot is still there!

    It is only on Wednesday

    And by the way - before it works fine and we have not touch anything - then on April 2025 it beginns - customer booked not possible timeslots. This is the first time we have seen this without changing anything.

    It is not any cache or something like that - because the amelia-plugin is frozen on the Wednesday settings for Work-Hours.

    After severtal hours i have found the problem - amelia have make some settings under special days on the employee work-hours. I don't know how - but nobody have make in this form any settings - but there was still work-hours for the lunch -time.

    But if the company have not open - because global setting set wednesday for example to no work-hours. How can a employee have work-hours on this day?

    Please check this and also why amelia have make some special day work-hours - is she a KI and want to kill me with wrong settings?

    To clarify, special days in Amelia have the highest priority, overriding both global work hours and employee-specific work hours. This means that even if the company is set to be closed on a particular day (e.g., Wednesday), an active special day for the employee will still allow bookings during that time.

    I recommend reviewing the employee schedule carefully and checking the "Special Days" tab to ensure there are no active entries. If the issue persists or if you notice new special days being created without action on your part, please let us know so we can investigate further.

    so im the ony one with access - and we don't have use this function - we don't knows in the past there is another form on the setting with this special days. It looks more that was example-content from an Database-Update of Amelia?

    We can not explain how this happen. Now we look every day into this to check this weird behaviour.
