When selecting a location, all possible locations always appear. Is it possible to set up the system so that only the location where the advisor is working on a given date appears? This is an issue—if the client selects a location where the advisor is not working, empty slots are then displayed. I should note that I have assigned each advisor specific locations and the dates they work in those locations.
Unfortunately, this isn't working. I have set the hours and locations for individual advisors, yet all locations still appear as selectable options. In reality, how would the system know which date and time I will choose if I select the location first and only then the date?
You can send us short one minute video of the issue and your emplyoee settings so that we can take a look.
It work like this. When they choose employee then only their locations and services will show on a booking form. If they do not choose employee then they can choose all services and location that all of your employees offer.
We can see on your site that when we switch from one employee to another that not all locations are shown so we do not see any issue

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
