Hi, i have a question. when someone already log in, is amelia booking form plugin able to get the data from user info directly without fill in the info again? thank you
Yes, when a customer is already logged in, the Amelia booking form automatically fills in the user information (First Name, Last Name, and Email) based on their profile data. This way, they don't need to enter their details again, making the booking process quicker and more convenient.
We do not have a specific tutorial for setting up Amelia for car rental. However, if you need assistance with configuring your services or require guidance on how to adapt Amelia for a car rental business, please let us know how we can help.
Thank you for your patience, and feel free to reach out with any specific questions you may have!
To have the customer's information automatically filled in during booking, the customer needs to be connected to a WordPress user with the "Amelia Customer" role and be logged in. Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Enable Automatic User Creation (Optional)
If you want customers to be automatically registered as WordPress users when they book an appointment, go to:
Amelia Settings > Roles Settings > Customers
Enable the option "Automatically create Amelia Customer user".
This will create a WordPress user with the "Amelia Customer" role linked to the booking details.
Step 2: Ensure the Customer is Logged In
For the customer’s details (like name and email) to auto-fill in the booking form, they must be logged into WordPress before making a booking. You can encourage customers to log in by enabling a login prompt on your booking page.
Step 3: Link Existing WordPress Users
If you already have WordPress users, go to:
Amelia > Customers
Edit the customer profile and link it to the existing WordPress user with the "Amelia Customer" role.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need further assistance.
We currently don't have a subscription feature built-in, but it is planned to be included in our Pro and/or Elite licenses at some point in the future. The best way to apply all of this to Amelia is with packages with our pro version. Packages in the Amelia are made to give you the option to create a package of multiple appointments just like you want. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you for the useful information. Does Amelia have any subscription features? or can it be integrated with a third-party membership plugin?
