Hi,
I just enabled the 8G Firewall on my Hosting (xCloud). After that, the shortcodes did not get rendered. It took me a while to figure out, that it's the 8GF.
I thnik it is this problem, metioned in this threat:

It would be very helpful if you can fix this problem or provide a solution to use the 8G Firewall with Amelia.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It might be a conflict with other third-party plugins such as caching plugins. I would also check this conflict, by disabling a caching plugin (if any) and test it again.
