Select box filters loading slowly

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with the select box filters loading slowly on my table, please see the related URL.

    Previously, the select box filters were not working at all, we figured out this was a bootstrap compatibility issue between my site's theme (bootstrap 4) and your plugin (bootstrap 3). I was able to add a php function to my site to revert this page back to bootstrap 3, the selectbox will now work but functionality is very slow.

    Reference my earlier ticket #3700376

    I don't believe this is a problem with my backend data because the other filters are very fast, checkbox filters work fine for example.

    Changing the values setting to 'All' did the trick!
