We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Dear Amelia support team,


    we are using the Amelia pro plugin inside an iframe on our website.

    We originally started with stripe as payment to process the payments. But with the help of Stefan from your service team we found out, that today, Mollie is the only payment service integration, where we can use apple and google pay on top of credit cards and paypal. 

    Now that we have fully configured mollie, we found out, that it does not allow beeing shown in an iframe for security reasons.

    However, within the Amelia plugin preferences pages, we were unable to find the option to open the mollie payment page in a new window/tab. Hence, our question is, if you could manually modify the link to proceed to the payment page in a way that it opens in a seperate window? This would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Anja,

    It's me again, i hope you are doing well :)

    Unfortunatelly, the Mollie payment window is within Amelia booking form (the payment window can't be opened in a separate page), but, what I forgot to mention is that you also use WooCoomerce and addons such as Apple and Google. The WooCoomerce payment window is a separate checkout process, so you might it useful. You can find more information on this link.
