Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I want to create a booking system for my gym classes. However, members already pay a monthly fee for their membership, and I want the booking system to display no pricing or payment options at all. How can I set it up so that clients can simply access the booking system and reserve their classes without seeing any costs or prices for these reservations? Additionally, as the administrator in Amelia, I don't want any pending payment notifications or similar messages to appear. I just want to embed the Amelia booking system on my website while removing all pricing and payment-related elements. Is this possible? Thank you!"
Hello Maria,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. But there may be a workaround you're interested in.
Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
Please take a look at our Packages feature, and see if maybe the Packages would be useful for you.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello. I think I haven’t explained myself well. What I want is to set up Amelia so that clients can select service bookings, but without any prices or anything similar appearing during the booking process. In other words, I want users on my website to be able to book services without paying any price or seeing any reference to prices throughout the entire booking process. Is this possible? Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for the clarification!
To set up Amelia so that clients can book services without seeing or paying any prices, you can set the prices of the services to 0. Here's how you can do that:
This will make the services free of charge and remove any reference to prices during the booking process.
If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out!
Kind Regards,
