We are experiencing an issue with the calendar display on our website. Currently, when selecting a specific location from the dropdown menu, the calendar continues to show appointments from all locations, including the consultants of each.
We have verified that the configuration of the locations and their respective consultants has been done correctly. However, the problem persists that the calendar is not filtering correctly according to the selected location.
To better illustrate the problem, we have attached the following screenshots:
We request your prompt assistance to resolve this issue and configure the Amelia calendar to only show appointments from the selected location.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
