In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Dear Amelia Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue we have encountered with the booking system on our website. We are using Amelia to manage appointments for our integrated psychotherapy clients, and we have noticed an issue with scheduling simultaneous appointments for the same psychologist.
Despite the system displaying a warning message ("by booking this time slot you will book appointment on top of existing group appointment"), it is allowing two appointments to be scheduled for the same professional at the same time.
We request your assistance in resolving this issue and configuring Amelia to block the possibility of scheduling multiple appointments for the same psychologist at the same time.

Hello Eduardo,
Thank you for reaching out and reporting the issue. Could you please check if the capacity of the service in question is set to more than 1? When the capacity is greater than 1, Amelia treats it as a group service, allowing multiple appointments to be booked in the same time slot for the same professional.
If that is the case and you need to restrict it to only one client per time slot, please reduce the capacity to 1, and this should resolve the issue.
