Hi, hope you are well and are willing to help me out (stressed out over this and tried everything)

I am unsure if my private ticket is working correctly? (posted it 5 hours ago, hope you can find it if necessary, these include login details, I stripped those from here)

As I see dozens of people in the public section that posted after me that already got replied I am post the version without login here.

    ______ SMTP situation ___

I was unaware my booking module wasn't working, as i was already booked fully by clients for the past months. Now I need more clients urgently.

So last month I revised the settings. I got Amelia to run on SMTP settings, using my personal gmail for the past month (with app password). This worked fine.

Yesterday morning I upgraded to a professional Gmail account so I could use [email protected] as Gmail. (seems like the servers are propagated, so that also shouldn't be the problem (except if amelia is located in China)

On my new professional Gmail account:

    • I checked if the domain was connected

    • If in the admin was set to lesser security for apps

    • If 2-steps verification was on

    • Created a new app password and copied it without whitespaces within or around (the 16-digit code) of this new gmail account ([email protected])

Entered the new mail in the smtp settings + the password. But it doesn't send notifications when a client books an online meeting.

I also tried switching between 587 TLS and 465 SSL, but still the problem remains:

After that I tried switching the SMTP back to my personal Gmail account, but that stopped working as well?

WPamelia is somehow unable to send mails to the customer.

It does send mails to my own adress (including the one the customer would normally receive)

When in notifications: the testmail sends correctly and gives a green checkmark (no errors there, and it even sends mails to any adresses when enter them)

I run on Siteground and they confirmed nothing is blocked and all mx records are correct. Version is above php 7.

There shouldn't be anything block it or anything, i only swapped one gmail for another. And it's super weird when trying to switch back that one stopped working as well. So I can't do anything now.

So all should be functioning well, yet is doesn't.

I also tried WP mail SMTP with 0auth, that all seemed to be set well, no errors or anything but didn't fix the problem either.

Hope you can help me to get the notifications working again so I can book clients and follow up leads. Feel free to make any adjustments.

Hope you can have a look and maybe set the smtp so it works (as it did before) and let me know what happened so I can fix this in the future.

The login details are in the private ticket of 5 hours ago or I can give them in a private reply here

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I can see that this is a duplicate ticket, and we already covered this topic in another ticket:

    https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3759664/

For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!

If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic
