We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
i am using the event calendar booking form 2.0 .
i set email and phone number as mandatory field in the customer infos adjustment area for version 2.
in the other forms (step-by-step, catalog, etc. ..) email and phone are not set as mandatory.
when i try to book a calendar date email and phone are not mandatory, although they are set so.
only after setting email and phone also in the other forms (step-by-step, catalog, etc. ..) as mandatory, the mandatory option for email and phone works for the calendar.
i assume that is a small bug.
Hi Ulrich,
Apologies for the delayed answer. Make sure that the mandatory option is also turned on in General settings. I've just tried with this option enabled in General settings and also in Event Calendar V2, and they are shown as mandatory.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
thank you for your answer.
Actually this post was not a demand for help.
I just wanted to point out how to solve the problem that others might have too.
I think it's a small bug, but if you don't know how to deal with it, it could be very frustrating.
The solution is to set this setting in all forms, even if you don't use all forms.
best regards
Uli
Hi Ulrich,
Thanks for the feedback. In order to have the mandatory field enabled, you need to have this option enabled in General settings and in booking form options. Unfortunatelly, I wasn't able to reproduce the same issue you mentioned, since I disabled the mandatory field option in all other booking forms, except the Event List v2 (as per your notice).
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
