i am using the event calendar booking form 2.0 . i set email and phone number as mandatory field in the customer infos adjustment area for version 2. in the other forms (step-by-step, catalog, etc. ..) email and phone are not set as mandatory. when i try to book a calendar date email and phone are not mandatory, although they are set so.
only after setting email and phone also in the other forms (step-by-step, catalog, etc. ..) as mandatory, the mandatory option for email and phone works for the calendar.
Apologies for the delayed answer. Make sure that the mandatory option is also turned on in General settings. I've just tried with this option enabled in General settings and also in Event Calendar V2, and they are shown as mandatory.
thank you for your answer. Actually this post was not a demand for help.
I just wanted to point out how to solve the problem that others might have too. I think it's a small bug, but if you don't know how to deal with it, it could be very frustrating.
The solution is to set this setting in all forms, even if you don't use all forms.
Thanks for the feedback. In order to have the mandatory field enabled, you need to have this option enabled in General settings and in booking form options. Unfortunatelly, I wasn't able to reproduce the same issue you mentioned, since I disabled the mandatory field option in all other booking forms, except the Event List v2 (as per your notice).
