Hi, I would like to know if it’s possible to downgrade my subscription. I currently have Amelia Pro, and my client thinks it’s too expensive. Can you check if I can downgrade to a lower subscription based on the features I’m using? I’m paying for access to 3 domains, but I’m only using 1.
I’m not entirely sure if I can switch to a lower plan and still retain the same features.

Downgrade is not possible what you can do is you can cancel current license and when it expired you can purchase new license that suits your needs.
Your primary featurescan be achieved with Standard license but we would advise you to take a look at Pro 1 license. The difference in amount is not that much but you get more features.
