We’re encountering a display issue with Amelia: when all time slots are fully booked, these days appear in the same color as closed or unavailable days. This often leads to confusion, with clients frequently reaching out to ask if we’re closed or on vacation.
Is there a way to highlight fully booked days to make them visually distinct from closed days? This would greatly help in reducing client inquiries.
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can change the colors in the Customize section. Select Customize / Step by Step 2.0 / Date and Time and you can change the colors there
Thank you for your response. However, the issue isn’t about the configuration I’ve already set up. The problem occurs when all the dates are fully booked. In this case, I cannot see any visual distinction between fully booked days and closed days—they both appear the same.
Could you please assist with how I can make fully booked days stand out in this scenario?
