I’ve followed all the instructions from your tutorial on syncing the Amelia plugin with Outlook Calendar, but I’m still unable to get the appointments to show up in my Outlook Calendar.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Verified the Client ID and Secret Key are correctly set up in Amelia settings.
Double-checked that the Redirect URI is configured as instructed.
Connected the one staff member Outlook account through the profiles.
Verified that both Amelia and Outlook are updated to the latest versions.
Created new test appointments in Amelia to see if they would appear in Outlook.
Despite all this, the sync still isn’t functioning. I’d appreciate any guidance on what might be causing the issue or any additional troubleshooting steps.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thank you for the quick response and your willingness to assist!
I wanted to let you know that, after some further consideration, I decided to switch from Outlook to Google Calendar due to persistent challenges with Outlook. I’m happy to report that the sync with Google Calendar worked smoothly, and all appointments are now syncing perfectly without any issues.
I truly appreciate the excellent support from the Amelia team and the guidance offered. Thank you for your assistance along the way!
