The main page we have the appointment booking plugin on is not loading.

normally the plugin shows up with the timer logo spinning. When clicking on the button on the home page or loading the call from the page both have he same behavior.

    The direct link is www.wiringresource.com/schedule-estimate

please advise as soon as possible.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We do not see the booking form on the page.

Please check if you can see the booking form on page when you are logged in?

If this is the case then this can be 1 of 3 issues (most likely with some page optimizer)

    1. The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.

The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.

    2. You have some page optimizers so turned them off and purge the cache and see if you can see the booking form then

    3. The new booking form should be displayed when you clear the cache, if you have a caching plugin or optimize plugin, please disable the minify js files option.

For example, if you have WP Rocket, and you have enabled these JS optimizations, which have a negative effect on our New Step Form, which is based on Vue 3 Framework, the booking form won't show.

    The old Form is based on Vue Framework 2, but the New Form is based on Vue Framework 3;

Once you disable the "minify JS" option in the Optimisations on WP Rocket, or similar, and purge the cache the form should appear.

Also, the issue could be with the Page Optimize plugin. You have these settings

    1285857871.png

and they should be added to this first input amelia_booking_script_index like this

and then everything will work with the new form.

    Hope this helps.

We will take a look at this now and we will reach out to you again on this ticket as soon as we have more information

    Kind Regards,

    Marko,

Thanks for the reply.  Before I submitted my question, I had reached the previous tickets and found your answer.

I do not seem to have any of the issues or settings you mentioned.

The other interesting thing, is in certain instances, I can click on the Schedule Estimates menu item and the system will show the booking dialog.  however if I close the dialog and then click on Schedule Estimates again, the dialog box does not show.

Strange.   I have tried changing various wp settings to help with loading issues but still to no avail.

    I appreciate your time.

I recorded a loom video to show the problem....

If I make a change in the plugin section and move to a un-logged in user. the dialog box shows the first time the brower is loaded and fails to load every subsequent time.

    Thanks,

    Caston

    Marko,

Do you have any known conflicts with Elementor?

This ticket can be marked as closed.  I found that rolling back the Elementor version from 3.25.4 to 3.21.1 resolved the problem I had.... I selected the version based upon the log files and the point at which the problem started.  Unfortunately I did not get much support from the Elementor support team.  Fortunately I am a software developer and used logic to figure it out.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hello again,

Please do not write more than once on the ticket because it sends it to the end of the queue for that reason we could not reply sooner.

We work on the tickets in order as they arrive, and each of your new replies sends a ticket to the end of the queue. Please open a separate ticket for each question or issue and wait for us to respond and we will try to help as best as we can to resolve the issue effectively and as soon as possible.

Glad to hear that you manage to resolve this so we will close this ticket but should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
