We have an event booking last week but we're unaware of this as we didn't receive an email notification. Can you please advise on what might be going wrong? I can send test emails which are received fine.
This is what I've checked:
Event Notification Settings - I can see this is checked for both 'Event Booked' for both customers and employees
Notification Recipients - I've checked that the correct email address is setup for both Customer and Employee. Send all notifications to additional addresses isn't setup.
Mail Service Configuration - I'm using SMTP settings.
Event-Specific Settings - event is setup properly, active and attendees being added correctly.
I haven't checked to see if any plugins are causing conflicts as I don't know how to test this.
Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to tell without the proper investigation and access. May i ask you to provide the WP admin credentials?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
