Hi. In the attachment I am sending a screenshot of the problem and a question: where to change the address that is sent to the client in the notification settings. The ophthalmology office is located in REDA (marked on the left with an arrow) and on the right is the address GDAŃSK. It can't be like this. where to set it so that the address in REDA is the address of REDA and not GDAŃSK. Did they understand?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

I can buy a package to do something because it means that by default I can only talk to you. I can pay extra for a higher package, but will I be able to do anything thanks to it?

Unfortunately, there is no option to change the address of the location as locations are locked in the Starter version of the plugin.
How have you configured locations on your website in the first place?
