client pays 20% by deposit for a £30 service (£6 is taken via stripe or Paypal)
When the client comes for the treatment we take the remainder of the £30 (£24) via cash in the salon.
We cannot add this to the payment, we can only override the amount taken but then it looks as though its all been taken on stripe or Paypal so now our accounts dont add up
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, this can't be changed. If a customer pays for an appointment with an online payment method such as Stripe or PayPal, the payment is always visible as "paid with Stripe or PayPal" even if you change the amount later. The "on-site" is only visible if they choose the "on-site" payment method. Feel free to suggest this on our feature suggestion page.
