Example Scenario: A customer books a session seat for $100, which includes a non-refundable fee of $40. If the customer cancels the booking, they should receive a partial refund of $60.
Query: Is Amelia capable of calculating and processing these types of partial refunds based on predefined conditions like non-refundable fees?

There is no such option built in Amelia you can perhaps try to accept payment this way. This is just a suggestion not a tried solution. You can charge this as a deposit first for example and then you can send pay link so that they can pay the rest before the appointment starts. Perhaps this will be saved like to separate part of payments so that you try and refund directly from the payment provider platform just a par and not full refund. Not sure if this is possible so you will need to test this.
