I need to disable all services ( locations in my case ) once a single booking is created because I can't be in multiple locations at the same time . So once a single booking is created all service will not be available ( greyed out ) . Something like a condional logic function .
I hope this is option is available because I really need this function .
This is the scenario . I have 9 location set as a service . This locations are far from each other and I have only one employee . So once the employee ( Dive Master ) was book in one of this location ( service ) the other locations should not be available already to be booked since the employee is already booked to one location which is really miles apart from other locations in the booking . I don't think the resource link you have sent won't solve it . Any workaround to fix this issue ?
I really wanted this issue to be sorted out ASAP since we are going to launch the site live soon . This is the only problem we are facing at the moment .
Given that you have only one employee (the Dive Master) set up, once a booking is made for any location (service) at a specific time slot, that slot automatically becomes unavailable across all other locations. Amelia will recognize that the Dive Master is occupied and will prevent double bookings for the same time slot. This should help manage availability for your single employee across the different locations effectively.
Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance, and I’ll be happy to help!
So if this employee is assigned to all the locations ( services ) and was booked , he will not be available to other location with the same time slot ? Right ?
Now, my other issue is this . Some locations are 1 hour length booking only while the most of the services are 3 hours which is divided into morning ( 8am -11am ) and afternoon ( 1pm - 4pm ).
With the time setup to this employee how can I have an hour booking for this certain location without affecting time slot to other locations which I stated in my previous query . Please see attachment .
Changing " Default Time Slot Step " in General settings affect the location slot . If I put 1 hour there , the 3 hours booking will only have 2 hours .
I already sorted out the time slot by creating a new employee ( Dive Master ) and only assigned it to the location ( services ) that is avialable for hourly booking .
The problem back to the previous though . If a client booked for morning the afternoon booking is still available ( vice versa ) for other location ( services ) . I love this booking plugin so I really don't want to switch anymore to another but I need to launch the site live within this week so I need this issue to be resolve ASAP .
Any workaround how can I fix or sorted this out this ?
Thanks .
Please reply soon .
P.S. Do you have any live chat so that we can speak directly to fix this faster ?
Currently, the plugin is designed to allow bookings independently across multiple services, even if they share the same employee. This means that if a client books a morning slot in one location, it won’t automatically block the afternoon slot in other locations. Unfortunately, there isn't a workaround for this particular scenario within the plugin's current capabilities.
If there are any changes or updates in the future that could better accommodate your setup, we'll certainly inform you.
At this time, we do not have a live chat option available, but feel free to reach out here with any further questions.
Hopefully you guys will add this feature in the near future . I guess I need to find another plugin that can accomodate the setup that I needed for now .
to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

Another issue is the hourly booking time slot . The booking duration is one hour but why is there a 30mins consecutive booking hour .
i.e Time slots are 9:00 - 10:00 then why is there a 9:30 - 10:30 ?
It should be 10:00 - 11:00 after the 9:00 - 10:00 .
Please see attached file .
Thanks !
