Despite correctly configuring Amelia to allow multiple clients per time slot, my setup still only allows one client per hour per employee. Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve checked and configured:
Service Capacity:
Minimum and Maximum Capacity are set correctly to allow multiple clients per appointment.
Employee Assignment:
Employee is correctly assigned to the service with the configured capacity settings.
Time Intervals and Buffer Times:
No buffer times or intervals are set that would block consecutive appointments.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
Tested a new service with the same configuration, but the issue persists.
Verified no plugin conflicts by temporarily deactivating other plugins.
Confirmed the server and WordPress time zones are aligned.
Updated Amelia to the latest version.
The employee should be able to accept multiple clients within the same hour for the same service, based on the configured capacity. Amelia only allows one client per hour, blocking additional bookings even though the capacity settings are set to allow more. Request: Could you help identify if there’s a hidden setting, compatibility issue, or known bug that could be causing this problem?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We can not cehck this since these time slots has passed. We did not see any issues when we first test and if you can find some other time slots we will gladly check but first you need to update Amelia to latest version we do not provide support for previous version since many issues are resolved each time with latest version.
You can download Amelia from your profile in our store.
We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
