In Amelia, it’s not currently possible to use the same email address for multiple user roles, as each email can only be assigned to one type of user—either an admin, employee, or customer. If you’re trying to assign an existing email to a new role, you’ll need to use a unique email address for each role. This is a built-in limitation, so unfortunately, reusing the same email for different roles isn’t supported at this time.
