We have been noticing that when a user books a time, users , manager and service provider is not getting emails. this behavior is sporadic. We are in big trouble for the bookings, I would like to show the behavior. what is the issues. I have setup notifications settings correctly. Please check and let us know where the fault is.
We are using google hosted email and I have used Google App Password for setting up sender email and app password.
Thanks for reaching out to us. The main reason why the emails are not sent is that either the setup is not correct or there are some rules from the hosting provider that prevent the messages from being sent. Have you configured the SMTP protocol along with the Google host? You can check out this link for more information regarding the configuration.
What I can do at this moment is to run a few tests, from both the backend and frontend in order to reproduce the issue, but the reason why some customers might not receive emails is because they might have been flagged as spam on their side.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hi Stefan,
Yes, I have set up the mail configuration per the link; I also saw that earlier. Still, many consumers don't get the email when they submit payment

Tes Please. Please run tests. If you want, we can both be on a call. If you get this bug, maybe others will also benefit.
We are having issues.
