When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

1. When you save HTML you must not click on text editor this causes these issues. You must save them in HTML mode and do not change the mode. 
   Not sure where you set this but the same applies
   
   
2. Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. We don't have gift vouchers but we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part).
