In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi All,

    I have a question about the “wp DataTables” plugin. 

    For a project handling a lot of data, a website will be created using  “wp DataTables” plugin.
    For the website, either Astra or Ocean WP theme will be used. 
    Also the free version of Elementor will certainly be used.

    I would like to know if these themes and the free version of Elementor can be used with the “wp DataTables” plugin without any conflict ?

    Hi Sidney,
    My sincerest apologies for not replying to the original ticket right away - there was an error with that ticket, and it somehow got flagged as replied.

    We just responded to it in full detail, so please check it out there.

    Here, we can just write the short version of the answer, so if any other new user might wonder about these details - basically we have the native integration with Elementor so there should be no issues either with our free or premium version for it.



    And we are also testing the Plugin with the Astra Theme - it does not have any conflicts with it, so everything should work without any issues for your use-case.
    In regards to the Ocean WP Theme, we did not test it yet, but there should not be any conflicts.
    I believe we have a couple of users who use it and they are not reporting any issues.
