we have thoroughly followed all requested steps to integrate Zoom and Google Maps but did not succeed.
Zoom:
We have selected Server-to-Server Auth and checked all required settings (incl. app activation) to copy paste the credentials into the Amelia settings/integration page. However, Zoom seems not to be connected properly as it shows an unactive field on the employee's page with "no data". What can we do to make it work and check funtionality?
Google Maps:
We have received google maps API after successful registration on google maps platform and (google cloud service). However, when we create a new location, the map is not shown and it says "google maps cannot le loaded. Please refer to Java Script console for details". On top, I cannot add any additional locations, as Amelia does not save the address anymore. How to fix this bug?
General note: When we enter the "Events" page to adjust an existing event and click on it, there is always an error showing up on the upper right: "request failed with status code 500". The same error appears, if we want to create a new event.
Thank you very much for your quick help on this important topic for our business.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Since you have two different issues, I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket for Google Maps issue. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Thank you for understanding.
Let's focus on Zoom in this ticket. Have you checked your ClientID and Secret ID? Also don't forget to add scopes to Zoom account, this step is mandatory.
thank you for your answer. Yes, I understand we need to treat the subjects seperately. And the good thing is that the Google Maps topic was resolved meanwhile (I only copied the API key for maps and pasted it into Amelia, but I did not agree to activate the API on google platform).
So, to Zoom: I have exactly followed your documentation in every step (including the scope setup) and of course I also copied the Client ID and Secret ID to Amelia.
What else can I try to make it work?
Do the error codes I mentioned on the bottom of my mail have something to do with this?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials. Here is what I was able to find. The error 500 does come from the Zoom issue, here is the issue that is visible in dev console
I'm sending a fix via WeTransfer to your email address [email protected]. Please, install it and let me know if it fixes the issue. It's the same installation as the standard Amelia plugin.
The SMTP issue is a different topic (not related to this active ticket), our policy is to have one topic per ticket, so I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket and we will provide assistance there.
Stripe payments currently don't support Apple Pay or Google pay, customers can only use the credit card option within Amelia. Instead, you can use Mollie which supports Klarna, Ideal, and the rest.
You can just overwrite the current version. Disable it temporarily from the Plugin section, and upload the version I've sent to you, it will ask you to overwrite it and install it.

Hi Stefan,
thanks a lot.
I will open a new ticket for the SMTP issue.
With regards to the fix you have sent: Do I need to uninstall Amelia plugin and then install the “fix” instead?
Or how should I install the fix?
Best regards,
Anja
