You are creating a conflict in Amelia. Amelia inherits the language that is set in WordPress. So if you set it to German for example Amelia will be translated to German and you must not add German in Amelia also because then German will be saved as a second language. This happened when you change WP to English UK.
Now we would advise you to set WP to German since this is the way you will be using it and then add English US in Amelia instead of UK since you created a conflict with UK most likely.
When you add English US as additional language in Ameli settings then you will see the default label (that is for changing the labels in German in this case) and you will see English US labels that you can change and save.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
In that case you need to use UK English at this time you are using US
So notifications can not be sent for English bookings since you are using UK on site and US in Amelia. Change this to English UK save purge cache and all should be fine.
In case ti is not please send us a short one minute video of the issue.

The issue was that proper notifications are not sent for each language.

Please set English US in Amelia and on the page as page locale language (confirm this please via video) set any template for testing for proper language and see how it goes.

I now have tried the setting with English US but the very same error is still happening. On the video you can see that I can save a translation to a service category but it is not possible to save a translation to a service.
So I have for now not created yet another video but want you to see the previous video first as it is the same mistake however I set it up.

Perhaps useful (and cheap) to have a save button on that window, as you have them on other transaltion windows, so less experienced users. like myself, don't fall into that trap.
