First I asked you for the hooks to be able to adapt the frontend booking panel to what we need, in simple terms we want to take away the power to private customers to change the durations of the sessions that professionals set from their frontend employee panel, what happens is that the solution is inconsistent because Amelia is not programmed to work like this.
What I am doing is, visually modifying the panel to disable the default duration of Amelia's services and simulate a click on the custom duration that employee set for that service.
What you see in the video https://jam.dev/c/cbf33b7e-1922-45ce-a5df-dd8177e38dc9 is that I almost have it ready but when executing that action or refreshing the DOM of the panel to select a timeslot skips the step of Payment Summary to proceed to checkout the price and duration are those that have the default service (15min - 0 EUR).
The failure is that even if I manually change the duration back to 45min with 60 EUR It takes me 15 min - 0 EUR It only updates correctly the first time
I ask you to include, if possible, a JS HOOK for the Date and Time STEP.
It would be very useful, because from the ViewContent I can't track correctly the DOM changes and the AJAX updates of the panel.
We do not understand what you want to achieve. If you do not want customer to have option to choose custom duration then you just turn it off and do not create it.
Why would you create custom duration if you do not want to offer it to your customers.
Also you can create 2 or 3 separate services with 3 different lengths and then you can choose which one you will show on the form end and which one you will not offer to your customers.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
