To prevent appointments from overlapping when you have two employees using a single Zoom account, you can consider the following options:
Google Calendar Integration: Connect both employees to a single Google Calendar. By doing this, any bookings made by either employee will automatically block out time slots in the shared calendar, preventing overlapping appointments. Make sure to configure the calendar settings to show availability accurately.
Resource Setup in Amelia: Use the resource booking feature in Amelia. You can set up a resource (in this case, the Zoom account) that both employees will share. When a booking is made for the resource, it will be marked as unavailable for that time slot for both employees, thus preventing double bookings.
You can find more information about resource booking in Amelia here: Amelia Resource Booking.

Prior to replying to this ticket, I downloaded from this page: https://store.tms-plugins.com/ installed the plugin and cleared both the site and server cache. I also deactivated and reactivated the plugin using the license code. I just cleared the caches again and it's still not showing Resources. The download was ameliabooking.zip. Is that the correct version?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Yes, after I flushed the server cache, the new menu items became visible. Thanks!
Also before flushing the server cache, several of the Amelia pages were blank, including Calendar and Events, but they are no longer blank after flushing server cache.
We have two employees but we have only one Zoom account. How can we prevent the appointments from happening at the same time or overlapping?

Thanks, I upgraded to Pro, but I do not see the option to add Resource.
Hello,
Thank you for the update on this.
For that purpose, you will have to download the Pro version of the plugin that you can find on the TMS store.
After that, install it on your website, clear the cache and it should be fine.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
