I have Amelia set up with Stripe payments. Everything works fine (currently in test mode), except customer data is not being sent properly to Stripe. (See attached - from Stripe dashboard)
I've read related public tickets (August 24) stating that this should now happen automatically. I have added custom meta data that is a partial solution - but it doesn't map email and name to the Stripe customer fields.
Can you confirm that (as stated in other tickets) this should be working "out of the box" and if so, suggest how I can ensure it is properly configured.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we ran the test using the data provided in the ticket you referenced, and here are the results:
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
I've checked Stripe and since 1 Nov the customer data is being captured. Transactions on 31 Oct - when the event went live - didn't capture the customer data.

Hi Marko,
I've checked Stripe and since 1 Nov the customer data is being captured. Transactions on 31 Oct - when the event went live - didn't capture the customer data.
No idea why, but it seems to be working now.
Thank you for your help.
Derek
