I can't disable a buffer time, I want an employee to have appointments back to back. I now have set the buffer time to the lowest possible value of 1 minute and this gives me strange time slots like 10:31-11:01.

You will see X and you need to click on that you and you will turn off buffer time and then just save the settings.
