Thanks for reaching out to us. Make sure that the timezone configuration is correct in both Amelia and Outlook Calendar. In Amelia, it should be configured to the nearest city in your timezone, in Outlook Calendar, it should be configured to the correct city timezone.
Strange, let me see if I got this correctly. You receive an invitation with the Outlook link with the time already configured, but as soon as you accept it, you see a different time on Outlook Calendar?
And this depends on who the accepter is (which user is previewing it)
As soon as the owner of the appointment accepts it, the duration of the appointment changes to 15 min. or 30 min. Im not totaly sure if the reviewer or the duration of the sort appointment is the reason why its 15 or 30 mins.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

My collegues only experiences this with Outlook. So they accept in Amelia and then the approved appointment changes in duration. It doesn´t happen all the time. Looks like its super random (there must be a pattern but i cant find it). Do you have any idea?
I suppose it's the Outlook Calendar configuration itself. I've seen some use cases where Outlook works like this by default. It automatically converts the appointment time as per your use case. I've found this article for example.
At first i got an email that the appointment is set for the right duration.
But after i accept it in Amelia, the duration time in the appointment in Outlook changes to 15 or 30 minutes, (depends on who the accepter is)

Both are on UTC +01:00 Amsterdam.
Where in Amelia can i check the timezone?
Amelia doesn't have the timezone settings, it uses WordPress settings. You can check it out here
