Dear Amelia Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using the Amelia plugin on our website for appointment bookings, and I need assistance in locating the settings or options to edit the "New Appointment" form.
Despite reviewing the available options in the plugin, I haven't found the area where I can make adjustments to the form fields and structure as needed. Could you please guide me on where to access these settings?
I've attached a screenshot of the form for your reference.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Sayli,
Thanks for reaching out to us. First of all, it's important to note that backend and frontend forms are different. While you can assign a new appointment from the backend (as an admin), you can customize the booking form (that is visible on the frontend), by going to Customize settings and editing the options there.
You can find the options here -
Please, let me know if this is what you are looking for or if you need assistance with anything else.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
