URGENT - When you have a package and go book an appointment, you choose a time slot, then it says time is unavailable. This does not happen when you book a single appointment outside of a package. It is for all customers.
Thanks for reaching out to us. My first guess is that this is occurring because of the Google Calendar integration. Do you have any timeslots marked as busy? Is there a Google Calendar integration?
The way to test this is to go the Google Calendar integration settings, disable "remove busy slots" and then see if the issue occurs.
Thanks for the feedback. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I would need to the credentials for your test customer Jamie. Employee status that you see in the backend is not reflected in Google Calendar or timeslot, it just shows the status of an employee based on the work hours. If the current time is outside the work hours configured it will be "away", if the preview is within the work hours it will show "available". If the employee is assigned to a particular timeslot, it will show "busy".
Thanks for the creds, but it's still the same scenario. I've booked a test package for this customer, then logged in to the customer panel (as this customer), and I can book the appointments from this package. As per the screenshots
Not sure how to reproduce the issue, it seems like everything is working properly on my side.
As for the employee status, here are more details
This employee has a status "away" because the current time here is 2PM, but this employee doesn't have the work hours configured up until 2PM
This one has the status "available" since again the current time here is 2 pm, and his work hour are configured until 4 PM (which includes 2 PM)

Hi Jamie,
Thanks, but, unfortunatelly, i'm not able to access the page on this URL. I've tried with VPN turned on as well, but it doesn't work.
Can you please double check?

Hi Jamie,
Thanks, but, still the same. The URL is correct, looks like the credentials are wrong
