If you do not see your packages option please try to reinstall Amelia.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
If you still don't see it, please try the following
1. Click on F12, then right-click on the refresh arrow of your browser and select the clear cache and hard reload option after that packages should appear
2. You can try to access it from a different browser
3. Try to access the backup from another device and that option should appear.
This is what usually works. Removing the license completely, clearing the cache, and then installing the license again. After that, enter the purchase code in Activation settings, and you should be able to see the features.
I was thinking maybe it's a database tables problem. I have WP-Optimize plugin wich can optimize tables, cache and so on. Is it possible it could have messed up Amelia's activation tables in the database? If so is there a way tho export all Amelia's configurations so to do a complete uninstall and re import al the configurations?
I doubt that the issue is related to the database. Usually, it's a caching issue problem. When users upgrade their licenses, they report that they do not see all the options, even though they have activated the license. This is a caching conflict issue and usually clearing browser cache/cookies solves the issue. You can also reach out to the hosting provider and ask them to do deep cache clearing.
I've cleared the browser cookies and WP cache several times, but the issue remains. I'll ask my hosting provider to perform a deep cache clearing, but I doubt it will solve the problem because the test site where I provided you with credentials is on the same domain/server. That's why I suspect it might be a database issue caused by the optimization plugin. I would like to do a complete uninstall and re-install of Amelia. Is there a way to export and import Amelia's configurations?
I was working in Chrome and although I deleted the browsing data, cookies and cache several times, it was not solved until I completely closed Chrome and reopened it, deleting all the browser data.
No problem at all, these caching issues are giving customers problems when they upgrade their licenses. For some reason, sometimes the features are not visible until you clear the cache/cookies.
Anyway, great to see that this is working properly now.

Hi Stefan,
I tried reinsatling the plugin and it's the same.
I tried erasing the cache and on another browser, on another device, in privacy mode and it's the same.
I' did a fresh wordpress intall whith just Amelia plugin and Packages doesn't show up in the services tab.
What else could it be? maybe roll back to an older version of Amelia? Or could it be something on the server side? php?

Ok, new update.
It seems it's a licence isssue.
If i turn off the option to hide Blocked options in the activation menu, packages and resources show up.
But they are not active because it doesn't recognize the Pro Licence which I have.
I've tride to deactivate and re-acticate my licence but it doens't work, even with deleting cache and refreshing.

Yep, that was it.
I was working in Chrome and although I deleted the browsing data, cookies and cache several times, it was not solved until I completely closed Chrome and reopened it, deleting all the browser data.
Safari had no problem at all.
I feel ashamed, in the end the solution was much easier than I thought.
Thank you very much for the help and patience.
Greetings,
Sergio.
