    We need custom fields to be attached to the customer record. Currently customers need to fill in a large amount of data each time they book an appointment. We also have to do this if booking from the backend. I believe this is not a function. Is there a work-around for this? It is making the product unusable.

    Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. At this time the custom fields are tied to appointments not to customers. This is how it was designed so what you want to achieve is not possible at this time I'm afraid. There is a chance that in the future there will be another set of custom fields that will be tied a profile but we can not make any promises at the moment.

The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
