Hi, if I want to create an appointment from the backend, the duration should not be taken into account on the service. In the settings the field is not active so, like on the booker from front end, the time slots should not be divided by the duration of the service. On the backend, however, they are, how can this be fixed?
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can enable the "allow admin to book at any time" option in User Role settings.
If you enable this option, the Admin will be able to book an appointment at any time (working hours, special days, and days off for all employees will be ignored).
