any date that is selected – extra numbers get added to the date like
31305 October 2024 - 10:00 AM
I select 31st October – but as you can see its added 305 to it? – pick a different date and you get another 3 random numbers

Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category not in pre purchase. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.
Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
Most likely you are using some custom date format in WordPress settings. Please change to one of the 4 default ones and purge the cache and all should be fine.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
