What could be the reason of, The shop's customer have already booked the appointment and both shop's owner and customer already received email confirmation
But the problem is the booking tha already been booked , has lost from the system. So my question is what could be the reason of this

Thanks for reaching out to us. I doubt that the appointment is lost, especially if the confirmation emails are sent, I would say the issue is related to the fact that a WP user is not able to see the appointment. You want to check if the WP user has multiple user roles assigned, as it would need to be either admin or employee or etc (one user role per user)
