I am experiencing an issue with the "Customer Panel Access" email notification. Specifically, the link that should direct customers to create a new password by using a token now results in a 404 error. This link used to work correctly, but now it no longer redirects to the password reset page as expected.
Additionally, could you please provide instructions on how to reset the default settings of the email template for this notification? I believe this may help resolve the issue or improve the functionality of the notifications.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
