Last year I purchased Amelia Pro1 plan.
Recently I had to get a new purchase (Amelia starter) because I need some support for my plugin.
I actually cannot update my plugin, and I saw on my profil that my Pro Plan disappeared, replaced by the starter plan.
Is it the reason why I cannot update my plugin?
Also, did I kept all my pro features or did they disappear with my new purchase?

For that purpose, you will have to download the Pro version of the plugin that you can find on the TMS store.
After that, install it on your website, clear the cache and it should be fine.
